KINETIC METAL runs in KONTAKT, the free KONTAKT PLAYER, and integrates seamlessly with the entire MASCHINE family.
PRECIOUS METALS
KINETIC METAL’s over 200 unique, multi-layered instruments are borne from a vast range of unconventional metal sources. Each instrument combines four samples with four artificial waveforms and arranges them into four distinct ‘personalities’.
The Forge wheel continuously morphs between them. Every position on the wheel provides a one-of-a-kind texture – intuitive, responsive, and totally fun sound design.
EFFECT THE UNEXPECTED
KINETIC METAL’s FX wheel lets you delve even deeper into the sound. Like the Forge wheel, the FX wheel has four main settings. Use them as starting points to begin your journey through the near-limitless variations on each instrument’s sound.
In addition, eight effect knobs let you take these custom effects into the creative stratosphere by tailoring the sound to taste.
SOUND IN MOTION
Set KINETIC METAL into orbit with the Motion button. When engaged, Motion automatically turns either the Forge or FX knob for a dynamic sound that evolves over time.
Let one wheel spin, then control the second one manually for radical, one-of-a-kind results. Or link both wheels together and listen as KINETIC METAL generates its own intense textural shifts.
FORGEMASTER
KINETIC METAL was envisioned by renowned sound designer Jeremiah Savage. For over a year, Jeremiah recorded a huge inventory of unconventional samples. He then handpicked the best sounds to create the over 200 multi-layered instruments that form KINETIC METAL.
