Legato Choir Library for Pop, Rock & other Genres
Anthem Choir 2, a legato choir library for a range of non-traditional settings such pop, rock, electronic, hip-hop, and anthemic genres, is the follow-up to the original Anthem Choir. This time around, three distinct vocal ensembles – Women Impolite/Polite and Men – sing three different vowels – Ah, Mm, and Eh (more of a “Aa” as in “RAD”). Alternative consonant attacks for each vowel are also available (velocities 100–127): “Nah” for Ah, “Yeah” for Eh, and a pitch-scooped attack for Mm.
For the Women Impolite and Men groups, Musical Sampling brought back the original rowdy karaoke warriors from Anthem Choir. They cut loose, singing strictly in their chest voice up the range at full chat. These patches are full of attitude and vibe. For Women Polite, a bunch of semi-pro and professional vocalists were brought in and given instructions to try to ignore their training and go more pop/fun. The Impolite and Polite groups are evenly distributed across the All Women patches, complementing one another’s advantages. These effects sound incredible!
