15. Using Someone Else’s Card & Sharing Account Information

Using someone else’s card to make a purchase or entering fake billing information is strictly against our rules.

Kalaplugins has the right to freeze your account until you verify the card and billing information via phone or other verification methods.

Sharing your account or purchases with others may result in account suspension.

16. Fraudulent Claims

Fraudulent claims may include:

  • A buyer filing a chargeback after receiving their purchased item

  • A buyer filing a chargeback after completing the purchase

Buyers who file fraudulent claims may have their accounts permanently suspended.

17. Proxy / VPN

Creating an account or purchasing from Kalaplugins using Proxy or VPN services may result in instant account suspension.

Support services may not be provided to Proxy/VPN users.

18. Refund & Returns

We offer a 2-Day Refund Policy under the following conditions:

You must submit your refund request within 2 calendar days of purchase.

Refunds are only available for defective or non-working products.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • The product is incompatible with your system due to user error

  • You failed to read product requirements

  • You purchased by mistake

  • Someone else’s payment method was used

Refund requests must be sent via official support email or Live Chat.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.

19. 3 Years Order Validity

Orders will stay in your account for 36 months.

After this period, downloads may no longer be available. Customers are advised to keep backups of their product files.

20. Updates

We do not offer complimentary upgrades. Free updates are only available for the same version of the product.

Kalaplugins offers lifetime customer support for each order.

22. Account Removal Request

If a customer requests account removal, the account will be deleted immediately.

All orders and downloads will also be deleted without refund.
